In addition to closing the Ahmedabad office, the company confirmed plans regarding its statutory records. All statutory registers and the Books of Account previously maintained at the corporate office will be transferred to and subsequently kept at the Registered Office of the Company, adhering to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Board meeting commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:40 P.M., approving this administrative business decision.
