The company reported strong growth across key metrics, with revenue increasing by 27.6% year on year (YoY), while Adjusted EBITDA grew by 27.9%.The Q1 performance reflected Sagility’s strategic positioning in the healthcare industry. Revenue reached INR 19,635 million (US$ 207.8 million). The company reported organic YoY revenue growth of 27.3% (14.9% in constant currency terms). While reported revenue showed a quarter on quarter softening due to Q4 OE/AEP seasonality, excluding this seasonal component, steady state organic revenue grew 5.1% quarter on quarter in constant currency terms.

In terms of business development, Sagility secured $35.3 million of steady state ACV through expansion within existing clients and increased contributions from new client wins in FY26. The company expanded its clientele by adding 27 clients in Q1 FY27 (including CareSeed), bringing the total active client base to 109.The acquisition of CareSeed aims to strengthen Sagility’s capabilities in healthcare quality, particularly for Medicare Advantage plans, while expanding platform depth and mid-market reach.
