Gurugram, August 4, 2026: RITES Limited, a leading Transport Infrastructure Consultancy and Engineering firm, announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026. The company reported total revenue of ₹561 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹98 crore for Q1FY27.

The Board of Directors has also declared an interim dividend of ₹1.4 per share, amounting to ₹67.28 crore. The record date for the dividend payment is set as August 10, 2026.

Key Financial Highlights (Consolidated)​

RITES demonstrated robust performance across key metrics in Q1FY27. The company achieved a consolidated operating revenue of ₹532 crore, marking an increase of 8.6% compared to the ₹490 crore recorded in Q1FY26. Total revenue stood at ₹561 crore against ₹512 crore in the previous fiscal year's corresponding quarter.

Standalone Performance and Segmental Contributions​

In the standalone segment, operating revenue stood at ₹498 crore in Q1FY27, up from ₹456 crore in Q1FY26. Total standalone revenue reached ₹525 crore against ₹476 crore in Q1FY26.

The company's business segments showed strength:
  • Consultancy: The Consultancy business led revenue generation with ₹272 crore, achieving a margin of 31.4%.
  • Turnkey Revenue: The turnkey segment contributed ₹176 crore.
  • Leasing: Leasing revenue was reported at ₹49 crore, yielding a 38.1% margin.

RITES noted that the pick-up in export revenue is anticipated from the next quarter onwards.

Order Book Reaches All-Time High​

The company reported reaching an all-time high order book of ₹9,445 crore as of June 30, 2026. This milestone was achieved after securing over 120 orders (including extensions of existing works) worth more than ₹674 crore during Q1FY27.
