The nomination, which carries an estimated lifetime value of approximately ₹160 Crores, marks a significant expansion of the Group's order book.The pedal box program, expected to begin production in Q4 of 2028, is recognized as a major milestone for the entire Remsons Group. The award reinforces the Group's position as a Tier-1 system supplier to global truck and bus manufacturers.
A pedal box is defined as a structural, safety-critical assembly that integrates the brake and, where applicable, clutch pedals into a single mounted unit fitted to the vehicle's bulkhead.
The nomination followed an extended technical evaluation and competitive sourcing process. Remsons was assessed based on its engineering capability, manufacturing readiness, quality systems, program management, and total landed cost over the ten-year duration.
Davinder Bains, Managing Director of Remsons Automotive Ltd., stated that the nomination validates the engineering depth, manufacturing capability, and quality systems built across the Group's Indian and UK operations.
With the Start of Production (SOP) scheduled for Q4 2028, the Group plans to progress program tooling, validation, and capacity planning across its UK and India operations in the coming quarters. The program is set to ramp up to full series volumes, contributing to revenue throughout the contracted ten-year horizon.
