Operational Milestones and Future Plans​

Rama Phosphates Limited has made considerable progress regarding its environmental clearances and expansion projects. The company received Environmental Clearance (EC) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) for its new Greenfield project in Dhule. This clearance covers the manufacturing of 216,000 MTPA Single Super Phosphate (SSP) Fertilizer and 90,000 MTPA Sulphuric Acid, along with various Micro Nutrients, PDM / PROM / Bio Fertiliser.

Phase-I of this Greenfield project is currently at the final stage of completion, focusing on SSP Fertilizer manufacturing. Trial production for this facility is expected to commence by the end of the current quarter (September 2026). Concurrently, the setup of the MgSO4, PDM (Potash Derived from Molasses) / PROM (Phosphate Rich Organic Manure) manufacturing plant has commenced at Plot-1 in Dhule.

In addition to the greenfield project, Rama Phosphates Limited is expanding its SSP plant capacity by 65,000 MTPA at the Udaipur Unit. This expansion will bring the unit's SSP production capacity up to 3,15,000 MTPA, increasing the company's overall SSP capacity to 9,79,000 MTPA. The company is also establishing new Greenfield Granulation, Potassium Derived from Molasses (PDM), and Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM) plants at the Udaipur Unit with an aggregate production capacity of 49,000 MTPA.

Credit Rating and Audit Status​

The company holds a long-term credit rating of "A-" from ICRA. The results were subjected to a Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors M/s Khandelwal & Mehta LLP, Chartered Accountants.

Financial figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 reflect balancing figures between audited full financial year data and published unaudited year to date figures up to the third quarter of the previous financial year.
