The round was led by Peak XV Partners, demonstrating strong conviction in the company's focused growth strategy. Other participants included Whiteboard Capital and Antler. The seed stage also attracted several prominent angel investors.These angel backers include Meesho founder Vidit Aatrey and executives from various tech spheres, such as Karthik Gurumurthy (former Swiggy Instamart executive) and Prashant Sachan of AppsForBharat. This constellation of investors underscores the specialized focus on market penetration rather than simply scaling dark store networks in large cities.

BazaarNow is specifically built to address the unique consumption patterns found in smaller Indian towns.
