Board Appointments and Executive Changes​

Director Reappointments:
Three directors were reappointed for a second term, subject to member approval:
  • Mr. Aalok Davda was reappointed as an Independent Director. Mr. Davda holds a BBA in Business Administration from MSU Baroda and has ten years of experience in the Agri Warehousing sector.
  • Mr. Forum Lodaya was reappointed as an Independent Director for five years. Mr. Lodaya is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, including work at EY and BDO.
  • Mr. Pratik Shah was reappointed as an Independent Director for five years. Mr. Shah holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland, UK, and is involved in operations across the Tiki Tar Group.

Management Changes:
The Board took decisions regarding key executive roles:
  • Mr. Anil Patel was re-appointed as a Managing Director effective April 13, 2026, for a period of five years. Mr. Patel, who holds 8,92,608 equity shares, is noted as the Promoter and has over 41 years of diverse management experience.
  • Revisions were made to the payment of remuneration for Mrs. Vaishali Amin (Executive Director) and Mr. Jayesh Shah (Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer).
