Performance Highlights​

During the fourth quarter of FY26, the company achieved production volumes of 14,193 tons, marking a 34.35% year-over-year (YoY) growth compared to 10,564 tons in Q4 FY25. Net Revenue for the quarter reached Rs. 138.46 crore, reflecting a 36.20% YoY increase, attributed to healthy demand from key OEMs and improved production volumes.

EBITDA increased by 16.21% to Rs. 16.64 crore, demonstrating continued operating efficiency and cost discipline. Profit after Tax (PAT) for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 4.77 crore, a 7.62% YoY increase.

For the full year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported production volumes of 52,620 tons, achieving a robust 30.62% YoY growth. Total Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs. 482.95 crore, marking a 35.32% YoY increase. EBITDA for the full year reached Rs. 71.03 crore, up 24.30% from Rs. 57.15 crore in FY25.

Strategic and Operational Updates​

Mr. Harpreet Singh Nibber, Chairman & Managing Director, noted that the strong growth throughout FY26 was a result of healthy demand across key customer segments and steady execution of the company's strategic roadmap. He highlighted that EBITDA per ton for FY26 stood at Rs. 13,499, while realization per ton improved to Rs. 91,780, reflecting an emphasis on value-added products and customer diversification.

On the strategic front, the company announced initiatives to enhance its global presence. Its subsidiary, Pritika Engineering Components Limited, began an investment in Omnia Engineering Inc., USA, through the acquisition of equity shares in phases. Upon completion of the allotment process, Omnia Engineering Inc. is slated to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pritika Engineering Components Limited and a step-down subsidiary of Pritika Auto Industries Limited.
