In an amicable agreement, the parties have mutually decided to terminate the ongoing discussions regarding K-Solare. Premier Energies Limited confirmed that there are no material financial implications arising from the termination of these discussions.
Despite the change in strategy concerning K-Solare, Premier Energies Limited stated its continued commitment to the solar inverter and renewable energy electronics segment. The company indicated that it is actively evaluating alternative approaches to further develop this core business vertical.
