Mr. Prem Singh Sawhney was re-appointed as Executive Director for a period of three consecutive years, effective from February 20, 2027. He is not related to any current directors and is qualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act 2013. Mr. Sawhney holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal and an M.Tech from IIT Mumbai, bringing over 42 years of broad-based experience in conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and production businesses.

Re-appointment of Mrs. Shaily Dedhia:
Mrs. Shaily Dedhia was approved for the second term as an Independent Director. Her term began on June 27, 2027, extending to June 26, 2032. Mrs. Dedhia is a qualified Company Secretary who holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce & Law from Mumbai University, with over 17 years of experience across legal and secretarial matters for organizations like the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority).

Future Capital Raising Plan​

Prabha Energy has plans to raise funds through Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP). The company is proposing to issue equity shares, having a face value of ₹1/- each. This placement is intended to generate up to an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹150 Crores, subject to necessary approvals and shareholder consent.
