Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold comprehensive talks with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung in New Delhi. The discussions are pivotal, focusing on significantly boosting the strategic and economic relationship between India and South Korea.

He expressed strong confidence that the ongoing visit would further solidify the Special Strategic Partnership that exists between the two nations.

Visit Highlights India-South Korea Commitment to Cooperation​

President Lee Jae Myung arrived in New Delhi yesterday for a three-day visit, making it his first visit to India. He was received at the airport by Union Minister Harsh Malhotra.

During his visit, President Lee will also meet with President Droupadi Murmu to hold discussions aimed at further strengthening bilateral cooperation.

The presidential delegation is accompanied by First Lady Kim Hea Kyung, along with ministers, senior officials, and business leaders.

This entire visit signifies a major step towards further deepening the existing relationship between India and South Korea. The two countries already share a robust and multifaceted partnership rooted in ancient civilizational ties and shared democratic values.
