Pakka Limited Secures Approval for Fiscal Incentives Under Uttar Pradesh Industrial Policy
Pakka Limited announced that the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Committee has approved a Letter of Comfort (LOC) for the company’s ‘Jagriti Project’. This approval paves the way for Pakka Limited to avail fiscal incentives totaling Rs. 224.47 crores under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy, 2022.The application for these incentives was initially submitted on July 23, 2025, concerning investments within the ‘Jagriti Project’. The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Committee's decision was reached during a meeting held on March 23, 2026.
The Certificate of Award for the Letter of Comfort was distributed during the Launch Event of Nivesh Mitra 3.0 and Subsidy Disbursement on March 24, 2026, at the Lok Bhawan Auditorium in Lucknow. The incentives will be provided over a 15-year period, commencing from the date of commercial production of the ‘Jagriti Project’.
Deepak Kumar, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, and Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi', Minister of Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI and Investment Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh, were present at the event.
