Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited (ORIL) has established a new business vehicle aimed at expanding its footprint in the railway sector. The company incorporated ABOR Projects LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), as a joint venture with M/s A B Composites Private Limited.The newly formed entity, ABOR Projects LLP, was incorporated on July 02, 2026. This strategic move allows ORIL to participate in turnkey projects related to railway coach refurbishment and other allied activities within the railways sector. The partnership structure is designed with A B Composites holding a 51% stake, while ORIL holds the remaining 49%.
The investment represents an initial capital subscription by ORIL amounting to Rs. 4,90,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only). By subscribing to this partnership interest, ORIL has secured a 49% stake in ABOR Projects LLP.
This joint venture aligns with the long-term strategic objectives of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited. The proposed investment is expected to strengthen the company's presence in the railway industry, diversify its business opportunities, and enhance its growth prospects. By leveraging the complementary expertise of both partners, ORIL aims to support its revenue growth and create sustainable value for its stakeholders by securing high-value turnkey projects.
ABOR Projects LLP has been registered in India and is yet to commence its business operations.
