Nureca Limited Completes Resolution of CGST Tax Matter for 2021-22​

Nureca Limited has successfully concluded a matter related to its Goods and Services Tax (GST) obligations, having received the Final Order of Rectification from the concerned authority under Section 161 of the CGST Act, 2017. This resolution pertains to the tax period 2021-22.

According to the final order, the outstanding matter was disposed of through a payment obligation involving the reversal of Input Tax Credit (ITC). The value involved in this ITC reversal amounted to Rs. 15,40,311/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Forty Thousand Three Hundred Eleven only).

The company confirmed that with the execution of the Final Order of Rectification, the matter stands concluded and disposed of, confirming there is no further demand pertaining to the CGST tax period in question.
