Operational Highlights and Growth Trajectory​

Interarch maintained a healthy order book as of July 31, 2026, standing at INR 1,864 crore. The company also reported securing a major order worth Rs. 165 crore in Gujarat during the quarter, reinforcing its market position.

Arvind Nanda, Managing Director of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd., commented on the results, stating that the performance showed resilience. He noted that the growth in Revenue from Operations and EBITDA reflected a continued focus on operational excellence.

Mr. Nanda highlighted the long-term outlook for the PEB industry, citing increasing investments across manufacturing, industrial infrastructure, warehousing, data centers, and commercial real estate as key drivers for medium- to long-term opportunities.

Capacity Expansion and Strategic Decisions​

As part of its growth strategy, Interarch provided updates on its expanding manufacturing footprint. Phase 1 of the new PEB manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat, was commissioned successfully in July 2026. The company remains on track to complete Phase 2 of this PEB facility by Q2 FY27. Furthermore, Phase 1 of its Heavy Steel Structures facility is progressing and is expected to be commissioned by Q2 FY27.

In a move related to corporate structure, the Board approved the sub-division (Stock Split) of the existing Equity Shares of the Company from a face value of INR 10/- each into Equity Shares with a face value of INR 2/- each, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, the Board considered and approved a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of Equity Shares and/or other eligible securities convertible for Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The proposed aggregate amount not exceeds INR 250 Crores, superseding an earlier approval limit of INR 100 Crores.
