NTPC Green Energy Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
NTPC Green Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed starting April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated at a later time.
