Bajaj Finserv Ltd has noted the decision of non-executive director, Shri Rajiv Bajaj, to reduce his commitments and step down from the Board of Directors.Shri Rajiv Bajaj communicated that he intends to vacate his position due to increased responsibilities at Bajaj Auto Ltd. These expanded duties include the setup of Bajaj Auto Technology Ltd. and Bajaj Auto Credit Ltd., as well as the recent acquisition of KTM.
The company confirmed that Shri Bajaj has expressed his intention to step down and will not offer himself for re-election at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM). He is scheduled to cease being a Director upon retirement by rotation during the AGM, which is set for Friday, 31 July 2026.
The Board of Directors took note of this development. The Board placed on record its gratitude and appreciation for Shri Rajiv Bajaj's valuable contribution throughout his long association with the company.
