NIIT Learning Systems Limited, a global leader in managed learning services, today announced its consolidated financial results for the Financial Year (FY) ending March 31, 2026, along with highlights for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the same fiscal year.

The company reported significant growth across the year, noting that its revenue reached Rs. 1,952 Cr., representing a 18% year-over-year (YoY) increase. EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs. 395.7 Cr., maintaining a healthy EBITDA Margin of 20.3%. Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs. 247.7 Cr., leading to an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs. 18.09.

For Q4 (January to March 2026), the company recorded a consolidated Revenue of Rs. 525.2 Cr., marking a 22% YoY rise. EBITDA for the quarter was Rs. 100.2 Cr., with an EBITDA Margin of 19.1%. Profit after Tax for the quarter was Rs. 77.1 Cr., and the EPS was Rs. 5.61.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.25 per equity share.

Client Growth and Strategic Expansion​

During FY26, the company expanded its client base by adding 21 global long-term annuity clients. In Q4 alone, it added five new annuity clients. NIIT Learning Systems maintained a high revenue visibility of USD 459 million.

The company also secured a recognition as the Market Leader for AI in Digital Learning. Furthermore, NIIT Learning Systems expanded its global footprint through strategic acquisitions, including MST Group in Europe and SweetRush, Inc. in North America.

Sapnesh Lalla, CEO and Executive Director, NIIT Learning Systems, stated, "Q4 was a strong quarter for new client acquisition and market visibility. Despite a challenging macro environment, we delivered growth and profitability, consistent renewals, expanded wallet share, and continued new client wins - a testament to the trust clients place in us. The acquisition of the MST Group was aimed at expanding NIIT Learning Systems' presence in Europe's fastest-growing region, particularly increasing market penetration in the automotive and industrial segments. The acquisition of SweetRush, Inc. was expected to bring SweetRush's custom, AI-enabled, human-centered learning experience design together with NIIT's global managed learning scale.
