Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited has confirmed receiving the certified true copy of the order following the sanctioning by the NCLT. The Scheme involves the merger of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, identified as the Transferor Company, with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited, identified as the Transferee Company, along with their respective shareholders.
The amalgamation process adheres to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
