Nazara Technologies Acquires Remaining Stake in Next Wave Multimedia​

Nazara Technologies Limited announced the acquisition of an additional 4,188 equity shares in Next Wave Multimedia Private Limited on March 30, 2026. The acquisition, executed as per a Share Purchase Agreement dated May 24, 2024, represents 12.56% of Next Wave Multimedia’s equity share capital.

The aggregate consideration for the acquisition totaled INR 7,50,08,955. This transaction increases Nazara Technologies’ ownership in Next Wave Multimedia from 87.44% to 100%, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Each share had a face value of INR 100.
