Nazara Technologies Acquires Remaining Stake in Next Wave Multimedia
Nazara Technologies Limited announced the acquisition of an additional 4,188 equity shares in Next Wave Multimedia Private Limited on March 30, 2026. The acquisition, executed as per a Share Purchase Agreement dated May 24, 2024, represents 12.56% of Next Wave Multimedia’s equity share capital.The aggregate consideration for the acquisition totaled INR 7,50,08,955. This transaction increases Nazara Technologies’ ownership in Next Wave Multimedia from 87.44% to 100%, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Each share had a face value of INR 100.
