Nakoda Group of Industries Limited Enters Co-packing Agreement with Rudransh Beverages Private Limited
Nagpur – March 23, 2026 – Nakoda Group of Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved an agreement with Rudransh Beverages Private Limited for co-packing, manufacturing, and supply of packaged drinking water under the ‘NOCTRL’ brand. The Board meeting took place on March 23, 2026, at 06:00 P.M.Mr. Jayesh Choudhary (DIN: 02426233), Whole Time Director of the company, has been authorized to enter into the agreement.
