In his new capacity, Miller will lead Mphasis' global insurance strategy, focusing on modernizing operations, transforming core business processes, and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive measurable business value for the insurance industry.

Most recently, he also served as Senior Vice President at NaviSys, Inc., where he contributed to global market expansion and business growth.
Miller holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
