MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has appointed Smt. Sonali Sanjit Nagvenkar as a Non-Official Director (NoD) on its board. The appointment was formalized by the Government of India through an order dated 14.07.2026.The decision regarding the appointment of Smt. Sonali Sanjit Nagvenkar comes with a specified tenure and effective date mechanism. She has been appointed for a period of three years from the date of her notification, or until such time as further orders are issued, whichever occurs earlier.
The commencement of Smt. Sonali Sanjit Nagvenkar's role is set to be effective starting from the date when she is allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) and is registered in the independent director database maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
