Marine Electricals (India) Limited has secured substantial orders totaling Rs 115 crores (excluding taxes) from Larsen & Toubro Limited. The contract pertains to the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of LT boards and Branch panels for the Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited semiconductor manufacturing facility located in Dholera.The company confirmed that the delivery of these goods is scheduled to be completed over a period of 18 months.
The order received from Larsen & Toubro is noted as not falling within the scope of related party transactions, and the company confirmed that none of the Promoters or Promoter Group have any interest in the aforementioned work.
