Financial and Operational Highlights​

Debt Instruments: The company issued 5,000 rated, listed, secured, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of approximately 1.00,000 each, aggregating to approximately 50 crore through a private placement. These NCDs were assigned a rating of 'ACUITE A+' with a Stable Outlook by Acuite Ratings & Research Limited.

Share Capital Event: The company successfully subdivided its equity shares from the face value of approximately 10/each to Re.1/- each, effective July 10, 2026. The new ISIN was allotted accordingly.

Amalgamation Scheme: The Board of Directors had previously considered and approved a Scheme of Amalgamation involving Mangalam Saarloh Private Limited (MSPL) with the Company. This scheme involves transferring all assets and liabilities of MSPL to the Company, with shareholders of MSPL receiving 245 equity shares for every 100 equity shares of MSPL in proportion of their holding. The scheme is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Investor Complaints: During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the status of investor complaints was reported as NIL for pending, received, disposed of, and unresolved complaints.
