Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited has announced that its Board of Directors approved a significant fundraising initiative through the preferential allotment of equity shares.   • Appointment of Agencies: Crisil Rating Limited was appointed as a Monitoring Agency due to the proposed issue size exceeding one hundred crore rupees. M/s. Sourabh Bapna, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer for the remote E-Voting process. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) was also appointed to facilitate e-voting.
