LTM Partners with Glean to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption

LTM has announced a strategic partnership with Glean, an enterprise AI platform designed to connect and understand organizational knowledge across various applications, systems, and workflows. The collaboration aims to help large enterprises unlock greater value from their AI investments by providing a trusted context foundation for accurate, governed, and outcome-driven results.

The partnership addresses the challenge of fragmented knowledge distributed across multiple business applications and data sources. By integrating Glean’s AI platform, which features an enterprise knowledge graph, AI-powered search, assistants, and agents, organizations can provide employees with secure, permission-aware access to critical information within their digital ecosystems.

LTM will combine its domain expertise and technology capabilities, specifically its BlueVerse agentic AI ecosystem, with Glean’s intelligence layer. This collaboration is intended to help customers move from experimental AI use cases to large-scale operationalization across key functions such as:

  • IT support
  • Enterprise knowledge management
  • Enterprise application operations

The partnership is particularly targeted at organizations operating in complex and highly regulated sectors, including banking, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing. The integrated solution provides a governed path from enterprise search and assistants to autonomous, outcome-driven agents by leveraging Glean's context layer alongside LTM's BlueVerse ecosystem.

Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LTM, stated that the partnership strengthens the company's AI-led transformation portfolio. He emphasized that AI delivers its greatest impact when it can access full enterprise context while maintaining security and compliance.

Glean’s platform functions as an open and interoperable intelligence layer that connects information across both Microsoft and non-Microsoft environments. It complements existing investments, such as Microsoft Copilot, by preserving the permissions and governance controls required by enterprises.

Amar Maletra, President and COO of Glean, noted that the partnership combines Glean’s trusted context layer with LTM's industry expertise and global delivery capabilities to help customers transition from disconnected tools to measurable business outcomes.

The joint offering is designed to deliver specific operational benefits for clients, including:
