LTM Partners with Anthropic to Drive Enterprise Adoption of Claude and Accelerate AI Transformations

Mumbai: LTM, a global technology services firm, has announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic, the company behind frontier AI model Claude. The collaboration aims to accelerate enterprise-scale adoption of Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork across various workflows in engineering, modernization, and business operations.

LTM will leverage its expertise in enterprise implementation to assist clients in transitioning from initial pilot projects to full production deployment. This process is designed to achieve market-leading productivity, throughput, and quality while ensuring assurance and transparency. The partnership will specifically focus on the BFSI, Hi-Tech, Consumer, and Production Industry domains.

The partnership comprises three key strategic areas:

AI Delivery Fabric (LTM BlueVerse TM)
LTM BlueVerse AI Delivery Fabric will function as the enterprise implementation layer for Claude adoption. This fabric will integrate both Claude and Claude Code into delivery workflows covering AI-led software engineering, application modernization, agent orchestration, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Observability, and Chaos Engineering.

Talent Enablement (LTM AI1000)
As part of this effort, LTM plans to scale its AI1000 initiative. This program will be used to train and deploy thousands of clients who are certified in Claude and serve as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). These engineers will guide clients through assessment, architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement processes.

Claude Center of Excellence (CoE)
LTM will establish a dedicated Claude Center of Excellence (CoE) to act as the scaling engine for the partnership. The CoE’s mandate includes building reusable Skills, agentic MVPs, reference architectures, and playbooks for both cloud-native and platform-based applications. It will also maintain governance across responsible use, agent lifecycle management, model governance, and data privacy/residency compliance, ensuring alignment with Claude's evolving capabilities.

Both companies emphasized the transformative potential of this alliance. Chris Ciauri, Managing Director of International at Anthropic, stated that LTM brings delivery expertise, trained personnel, and long-standing client relationships. He noted that LTM is embedding Claude and Claude Code into BlueVerse, thus bringing trusted frontier AI technology to the heart of how clients build, modernize, and run their software.

Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director of LTM, added, "Our partnership with Anthropic allows us to help clients accelerate AI adoption and translate AI investments into measurable business outcomes. Combining Claude with LTM's BlueVerse ecosystem, deep domain expertise, technology capabilities, and the AI1000 talent initiative provides a robust foundation for enterprises seeking to modernize and embed AI at scale."

The partnership involves joint go-to-market initiatives focused on achieving measurable business results. Furthermore, LTM is scaling its internal adoption by embedding Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork into its delivery model to set consistent adoption patterns and market-leading productivity benchmarks across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This process includes feeding autonomous learning back into the Claude CoE and BlueVerse ecosystem.
