LTM Leads Massive AI Workplace Transformation for L&T Group Using Microsoft 365 Copilot​

Mumbai, July 15, 2026: LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group company and Business Creativity partner to large enterprises globally, has announced that it is spearheading a massive enterprise AI workplace transformation for the entire L&T Group by deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot. This initiative positions LTM as the lead entity in one of India's largest corporate-wide AI integrations.

The company confirmed that this enterprise-wide rollout involves enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot access for approximately 140,000 employees across the L&T Group. The goal of the transformation is to boost productivity, accelerate decision-making, and improve customer outcomes through advanced AI-assisted workflows and collaboration tools.

As the largest adopter of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the L&T Group, LTM has already demonstrated significant business impact through its specialized tools.

LTM is driving this deployment through two primary solutions: Agent A.S.K. (Agent for Stories and Knowledge) and RAIma. Agent A.S.K. functions as a conversational AI tool designed to accelerate sales by repurposing existing content, while RAIma provides personalized, conversational HR support via both chat and voice interfaces.

The deployment reflects the commitment of the L&T Group to embedding artificial intelligence into daily work processes. This milestone is viewed as an advancement in L&T's AI transformation journey, aiming to industrialize AI to enhance collaboration, productivity, and smarter decision-making across various functions and geographical locations.
