The Board of Directors of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS Hospitals) today approved the financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026. The company provided comprehensive updates covering both the fourth quarter (Q4 FY26) and the full fiscal year (FY26).

Financial Performance Highlights​

Q4 FY26 Performance:
The consolidated financials showed strong quarterly growth. Total Revenue reached INR 1,084 Cr, marking a 35.3% year-over-year (YoY) and 8.1% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) increase. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) grew to INR 216 Cr, up 6.8% YoY and 5.9% QoQ. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 FY26 stood at INR 33 Cr. Cash and Cash Equivalents as of March 31, 2026, totaled INR 90 Cr.

FY26 Performance:
For the full fiscal year 2026, the company reported a total revenue of INR 3,931 Cr, showing a 28.2% YoY growth. Consolidated EBITDA reached INR 828 Cr, representing a 1.6% YoY increase. The consolidated PAT for FY26 was INR 242 Cr, compared to INR 415 Cr in FY25. Consolidated Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was INR 6.03, indicating a 37.2% YoY degrowth.

Year-to-date growth indicators were strong, with ARPOB rising 13.7% YoY in Q4 FY26 and 14.0% YoY for the full fiscal year.

Clinical Milestones and Achievements​

The period was marked by several complex and successful clinical achievements across KIMS’ various centers:

KIMS Secunderabad:
Doctors achieved a significant milestone by performing the country’s first smart Cochlear implant surgery on a 3-year-old child suffering from severe hearing loss.

KIMS Kondapur:
The facility achieved major success in saving a 14-year-old girl’s life using ultra-rapid veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO), following her admission with severe pneumococcal pneumonia, empyema, profound hypoxaemia, and septic shock. Another complex case involved treating chronic jaundice through a two-stage surgical strategy. Additionally, a challenging laparoscopic Whipple's surgery was successfully performed on a patient with Pancreatic cancer who also had a prior Kidney transplant.

KIMS Seethammadhara:
A team successfully treated a 65-year-old man who faced a high risk of a fatal stroke due to critical blockages in key arteries supplying the brain, requiring an emergency endovascular procedure. Furthermore, a marathon 9-hour-long advanced surgical procedure using cytoreductive surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) was performed on a 42-year-old woman suffering from ovarian cancer.

KIMS ICON:
Doctors successfully treated a 17-year-old boy who sustained a rare and complex kidney injury following a road accident, leading to the diagnosis of a Pelvi-Ureteric junction (PUJ) avulsion. Separately, a 37-year-old man was saved from severe injuries following a blast at his workplace and exposure to ammonia gas and steam using VV-ECMO.

KIMS Anantapur:
The hospital successfully treated a woman with a rare reproductive anomaly diagnosed with cervical cancer. A Cochlear implant surgery was also conducted on a 57-year-old woman, marking the first time such a procedure was performed on a patient of this age group in the Rayalaseema region.

KIMS Kurnool:
Medical teams performed a rare ABO-incompatible kidney transplant, giving a 28-year-old patient a new lease of life. Another notable achievement was the correction of a severe S-shaped spinal deformity in an 18-year-old girl via a highly complex surgery involving 30 spinal screws. Finally, a life-saving, rare brain vascular procedure was executed using an advanced minimally invasive technique to close an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in a single six-hour session.

Commenting on the results, Dr. B Bhaskara Rao, CMD, KIMS Hospitals, stated that FY26 represented a year of accomplishments. He noted that four new units across Bengaluru, Kerala, and Thane showed progress in their limited operational time. The addition of new doctors across these facilities, alongside existing ones, reinforced the trust clinicians have in the KIMS Brand to deliver optimal clinical outcomes at affordable prices.
