Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., a leading hospitality chain in India, announced the signing of two new license agreements for its properties in Raipur and Jalandhar. These signings reinforce the company's strategic expansion across Central and North India, addressing the growing demand from both business and leisure travelers in high-growth urban hubs.

Both newly signed properties, Lemon Tree Premier in Raipur and Lemon Tree Hotel in Jalandhar, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Raipur and Jalandhar Property Details

The expansion includes two distinct properties, each designed with specific amenities and strategic locations.

Lemon Tree Premier, Raipur, will feature 78 well-appointed rooms. The hotel amenities include a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet hall and conference room, spa, swimming pool, and a fitness centre. For connectivity, the property is located approximately 7 km from Swami Vivekananda Airport and 9 km from Raipur Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalandhar, will offer 60 well-appointed rooms. Its comprehensive facilities include a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room, spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre. The property boasts strong connectivity, situated approximately 25 km from Adampur Airport and just 2 km from Jalandhar Cantt. Railway Station.
