KEC International has announced fresh order wins worth ₹1,050 crore across multiple business verticals, further strengthening its order book and expanding its presence in emerging infrastructure segments.

Entry into Wind Energy with Major Renewables Order

The company marked its entry into the wind energy space after securing a balance-of-plant package for a wind power project with capacity exceeding 100 MW in southern India. The order was awarded by a leading private developer and represents a strategic expansion of KEC International’s renewables portfolio.

Civil Business Bags Downstream Project

In the civil segment, the company secured a new order in the buildings and factories space from an existing client. The project involves downstream infrastructure works in western India for a large steel manufacturer, reinforcing KEC’s growing footprint in industrial civil construction.

International Orders Boost Transmission and Distribution Business

KEC International also received new orders in its transmission and distribution business for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles across markets in the Americas. The wins reflect continued demand recovery in international power infrastructure markets, particularly in North America.

Cables and Conductors See Strong Demand

The cables and conductors business reported fresh orders for the supply of multiple cable and conductor types across India as well as overseas markets, adding further diversification to the company’s revenue mix.

Order Book Momentum Remains Strong

With these additions, KEC International’s cumulative order intake for the current financial year has reached approximately ₹19,300 crore. Management highlighted that the latest wins, including the first wind energy order, align with the company’s long-term growth strategy and support confidence in achieving planned growth targets.

KEC International operates across power transmission and distribution, civil infrastructure, transportation, renewables, oil and gas pipelines, and cables and conductors, with project execution and supply presence spanning over 110 countries globally.
