The withdrawal process followed a previous approval by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Kalpataru Limited, which had approved the withdrawal of the Scheme of Arrangement for demerging the undertaking, dating back to June 2, 2026.
Kalpataru Limited confirmed that the NCLT Order permits this withdrawal, concluding the matter regarding the demerger.
