Independent Auditor's Review and Operational Update​

The independent auditor reviewed the unaudited financial statement in accordance with Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410. The auditor confirmed that nothing came to their attention that suggested the Statement, prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard 34, had not disclosed required information or contained any material misstatement.

During the period ended March 31, 2026, Jaro Institute completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 50,56,179 equity shares at an issue price of INR 890 per share.
