The company reported a strong start to FY27, marked by robust year-on-year revenue growth and significant sequential improvements in profitability across both performance metrics.

The Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹ 142.46 lakh, showing a substantial improvement compared to Q4 FY26 (₹ 78.71 lakh) and Q1 FY26 (₹ 120.25 lakh).

Consolidated Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27​

Colab Platforms demonstrated strong growth in its consolidated operations during the quarter. Revenue from operations saw a 49.8% increase year-on-year, reaching ₹ 3,263.85 lakh from ₹ 2,178.80 lakh recorded in Q1 FY26. Total income also grew by 47.05% year-over-year to ₹ 3,391.32 lakh.

Profit before tax rose 18.47% compared to the previous year. Profit after tax reached ₹ 142.46 lakh, representing an 80.99% sequential increase and a 18.47% annual growth. Basic and diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at ₹ 0.070 per share, up from ₹ 0.039 in Q4 FY26 and ₹ 0.059 in Q1 FY26. Consolidated profit after tax constituted approximately 4.20% of total income for the quarter.

Standalone Performance and Subsidiary Contribution​

On a standalone basis, the company achieved profitable growth, with revenue from operations increasing 3.39% year-over-year to ₹ 2,252.68 lakh. Total income grew 3.20% YoY to ₹ 2,380.15 lakh. Profit before tax and profit after tax both rose 12.20% YoY, reaching ₹ 135.53 lakh. Standalone EPS improved by 12.20% YoY to ₹ 0.066 per share.

The subsidiary platforms contributed significantly to the consolidated growth, generating ₹ 1,011.17 lakh in operating revenue, which represented approximately 30.98% of the total consolidated revenue for the quarter.

Management Commentary​

Commenting on the results, Mr. Puneet Singh Chandhok, Managing Director of Colab Platforms Limited, stated that the company is pleased with the strong start to FY27. He attributed this performance to a 49.8% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue and an 81.0% sequential increase in profit after tax.
