IRB InvIT Fund Announces 9th Annual Meeting and Appoints Valuer for 2026-27
IRB InvIT Fund has announced two key corporate decisions following the Board of Directors consideration, including convening its upcoming annual meeting and appointing a Registered Valuer for the trust and its associated Project SPVs.The Trust will hold its 9th Annual Meeting of Unitholders on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or OAVM.
In addition to the meeting details, IRB InvIT Fund has appointed KPMG Valuation Services LLP as the Registered Valuer. This appointment covers both the Trust and its Project SPVs for the financial year 2026-27. The selection of KPMG is subject to the approval of the Unitholders of the Trust during the annual gathering.
