The meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 16th July 2026.The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. (IST) and attendees can join through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Key dates related to the meeting have also been set. The beneficiary position of shareholders for determining the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be taken as received from Depositories as on Friday, 12th June 2026.
The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote on the resolutions proposed at the 47th AGM is set for Thursday, 9th July 2026. The Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be dispatched in due course.
