Inventure Growth & Securities Limited reported that it has received notice of a dispute filing and listing matter involving Mr. Nagji Keshavji Rita and others. The suit pertains to purported disputes and differences arising out of an Agreement for Sale of shares.The Company and the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Mr. Kanji Rita, appeared before the High Court in relation to the matter. The Hon'ble High Court Bombay granted the company a period of two weeks to file its objections. Furthermore, the court directed that the Commercial Arbitration application be listed on April 24, 2026.
