Bombay High Court Appoints Sole Arbitrator in Inventure Growth & Securities Dispute​

The Bombay High Court has appointed a Sole Arbitrator in a Commercial Arbitration Application concerning an Agreement for Sale of Shares dated 13 August 2014, affecting Inventure Growth & Securities Limited.
