Interise Trust's Igatpuri Highway Project Concession Period Concludes​

Interise Trust has announced that the concession period for one of its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) has concluded. The concession period for the Igatpuri Highway Private Limited, the Project SPV, officially ended on May 6, 2026.

The conclusion of the concession period was reached following the concession agreement signed between the Project SPV and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

According to the intimation, the Project SPV is slated to hand over the project to NHAI in due course, strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in the original concession agreement.

The project in question is a 4-lane road situated in the State of Maharashtra. It covers the section of NH-3 from Vadape to Gonde, corresponding to the stretch between 440.000 km and 539.500 km. The infrastructure development is proceeding on a BOT basis under NHDP Phase III.
