For retail investors, a single lot requires a minimum investment of Rs 14,820 at the upper end of the price band. Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd. is serving as the book-running lead manager for this issue. MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar to handle the allotment process.

The company's management team plans to utilize a total estimated Rs 63.61 crore from the IPO proceeds. This capital infusion is designated primarily for strengthening manufacturing capabilities through new equipment acquisition and civil works at Manufacturing Facilities 1 and 2.
