Inter Corporate Loan of Rs 20 Crores Agreement Signed Between Subsidiaries of Godawari Power And Ispat Limited​

Godawari Power and Ispat limited’s subsidiary, Hira Ferro Alloys Limited (HFAL), has executed a Facility Agreement providing an inter corporate loan of Rs 20.00 Crore to Deccan Gold Mines Limited (DGML). The agreement was finalized on August 3, 2026.

The lending entity is Hira Ferro Alloys Limited, a subsidiary company and part of the Promoter Group of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL). DGML is the borrower in this transaction.

The funds provided by HFAL are intended to finance the completion and development of the Altyn Tor Gold Project. This project is being undertaken by Avelum Partner LLC, a subsidiary of DGML, located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Key terms of the agreement include an interest rate set at 12% per annum. The loan is repayable on or before October 31, 2026. Security for the loan is provided through a pledge covering 2,50,000 equity shares of Geomysore Services (India) Private Limited, which are held by BOITower.

Hira Ferro Alloys Limited holds no direct shareholding in Deccan Gold Mines Limited. However, GPIL maintains an interest in DGML, holding 4,75,537 equity shares.

In addition to the stated relationship between HFAL and GPIL, Hira Infra-Tek Limited, another entity within the promoter group of GPIL, holds a stake in the borrower's related ventures. Specifically, Hira Infra-Tek Limited has an equity holding of 7.99% in the borrower company, and also holds a 26% stake in Avelum Partner LLC, which is based in Kyrgyzstan.

The transaction was confirmed to be conducted without conflict of interest among the parties involved.

GPIL Stock Price Movement​

Shares of Godawari Power And Ispat limited slipped today, shedding 0.15% to settle at ₹244.37. The stock saw a total traded volume of 1.11 million shares during the session.
