Hindustan Aeronautics Board Recommends Dividend and Approves New Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27​

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd's (HAL) Board of Directors held a meeting on June 29, 2026, during which several key financial and operational decisions were made concerning the company’s performance and future audit requirements. Among the main outcomes, the Board recommended a Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, alongside approving the appointment of a new Cost Auditor for the subsequent fiscal year.

The Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 10/ per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26. This recommendation was made against an issued equity share value of Rs. 5/- each, and is subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If approved by the shareholders at the AGM, the final dividend is slated to be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of its approval. Furthermore, the Record Date for the payment of the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 was set as Friday, August 14, 2026.

In addition to dividend recommendations, the Board approved the appointment of M/s Murthy & Co. LLP to serve as the Cost Auditor of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd for the Financial Year 2026-27.
