Gurugram: Urban Company Limited reported that its quick-service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, reached a milestone of over 100,000 delivered orders in a single day on Sunday, August 2, 2026. The figure was recorded as of 5:54 pm on the specified date, marking the peak daily orders delivered for the service.The achievement signifies significant consumer demand for InstaHelp. CEO and Co-founder Abhiraj Singh Bhal commented on the milestone, noting that crossing this threshold is notable given they crossed 50,000 delivered orders just five months prior. He stated that the success reflects both growing consumer demand and the strength of the operating model built at Urban Company.
Mr. Singh Bhal emphasized the company's commitment to long-term value, stating that as they scale, Net Transaction Value and contribution per order remain key metrics, reflecting the true durable health of the business.
InstaHelp is currently available across select micro-markets in major metros. The service was first launched as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025. InstaHelp offers consumers high quality housekeeping services, including cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and meal preparation, which are delivered within 10 to 15 minutes from the time of booking.
