Indus Infra Trust Completes Acquisition of ROFO Assets​

Indus Infra Trust announced the completion of its acquisition of 100 percent equity shares in three entities from G R Infraprojects Limited on March 25, 2026. The acquired entities are GR Ena Kim Expressway Private Limited, GR Ujjain Badnawar Highway Private Limited, and GR Bilaspur Urga Highway Private Limited, collectively referred to as the ROFO Assets.
