Indus Infra Trust Approves Rs 1,148 Crore Rupee Term Loan for Asset Refinancing​

Indus Infra Trust has secured approval for significant rupee term loan facilities intended to refinance existing debt associated with assets acquired or planned by the trust.

The Board of Directors of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, which acts as the Investment Manager for Indus Infra Trust, approved the facilities through a resolution passed by circulation on June 29, 2026. The approval permits the Trust to avail a rupee term loan facility amounting to not exceeding Rs 1,148 Crore from HDFC Bank Limited.

The purpose of securing this funding is the refinancing of existing indebtedness related to the assets that have been acquired or are proposed to be acquired by Indus Infra Trust.

INDUSINVIT Stock Price Movement​

On Monday, Indus Infra Trust shares shed value, settling at ₹125.49 after slipping by 0.06%. Total traded volume for the stock on the day stood at 1.17 million shares.
