Indo-National Limited has acquired a 31.82% stake in Aidin Technologies Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 34,99,92,034. The acquisition aims to diversify Indo-National’s business portfolio by establishing a presence in the rapidly growing Defence and Aerospace space.

The transaction involved the subscription of 9,920 fully paid-up Series A CCPS and 12,202 partly paid-up Series A1 CCPS of Aidin Technologies Private Limited. The consideration for the acquisition was entirely in cash. Tranche 1 of the acquisition was completed on July 29, 2026, with the remaining Tranche 2 expected to be completed on or before July 28, 2027.
