IIFL Finance Ltd Board Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Fund Raising and Upsizing Global Medium Term Note Programme​

IIFL Finance Ltd announced that its Board of Directors meeting is set for Saturday, June 27, 2026, to consider several key strategic matters.

The company has scheduled the meeting to review proposals related to raising funds and the modification of its existing debt structure. Among the agenda items is the funding strategy involving the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities in one or more tranches or issuances.
