Free Cash Flow saw robust growth, rising 15% YoY to ₹4,600 million (Cash flow from Operations less Capital Expenditures).

In terms of shareholder returns, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹110/- per equity share for FY 2025-26, an increase from the previous year's rate of ₹105/- per equity share.

The Exports business is structured predominantly as service-oriented and contract manufacturing, focusing on engineering, project management, and global supply chain support within a low asset model. This focus has driven double-digit revenue growth led by domestic business operations.

  • Modernization work at one of India's key power generation facilities.
  • A first fully integrated Energy Management System (EMS) deployment at a renewable energy facility.

Commitment to Sustainability and Future Skills​

The company demonstrated its commitment to sustainable community development through various programs:

Education and Skills:
  • The IIT Bombay-Honeywell Centre of Excellence for Future Skills and Innovation, launched in FY25-26, aims to upskill over 100,000+ students in sustainability skills by 2030. To date, it has reached 1,000 colleges and initiated pilot training for 364 students.
  • Honeywell Future Skills EDGE, launched in FY25-26, aims to upskill over 200,000+ students in AI and Cybersecurity by 2029. The digital learning platform has reached over 28,000 students, with 864 completing training by March 2026.

Community Development:
  • The overall sustainable community development projects provide solutions across four areas: Water & Sanitation, Clean Energy, Education, Environmental Sustainability, and Economic Development, improving the lives of over 4,000 community members.
