Aurionpro Secures ₹50 Crore MMRDA Order for Automated Fare Collection Deployment on Mumbai Metro Line 5
Mumbai: Aurionpro Solutions Limited has secured a significant order from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to deploy its end-to-end Automated Fare Collection (AFC) solution, expanding its existing engagement across major metro lines in the region. The mandate, valued at approximately ₹ 50 crore, extends Aurionpro's involvement with MMRDA for the deployment of its AFC system on six additional stations under Mumbai Metro Line 5 Phase I.This latest contract strengthens Aurionpro's position in urban transit and mobility technology. The order expands upon the company's existing partnership with MMRDA concerning Mumbai Metro Lines 4 and 4A, providing seamless ticketing and efficient fare management capabilities for passengers.
MMRDA is actively developing one of India's largest metro rail networks aimed at transforming urban mobility across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Aurionpro Solutions Limited is set to support this landmark initiative by delivering its advanced AFC solution and proven execution capabilities.
